These terms and conditions are a contract between you (the client) and ALANINA (the private jeweler). They ensure a smooth sales experience and protect the rights of both parties. ALANINA may update these terms as needed. Review the terms each time you place an order.

c. Account Termination

ALANINA may terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms.

These terms and the use of our website are governed by the laws of Lebanon and the UAE. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.

II. Communications

a. Accurate Information

Our ALANINA website has been designed to prioritize the user experience; ease of navigation and communication. The shopping pages have been designed to help ease your navigation of the websites and help assist you as you move through the shopping experience.

Please ensure that you enter the correct personal information, add the correct item into your cart, and delineate any relative attributes to the chosen item. Please take the time to review your order before moving on to the final stage and to read and approve our T&Cs before making your payment.

b. Notification Emails

You'll receive three emails during the order process:

  1. Order Acknowledgement: Confirms receipt of your order.
  2. Order Confirmation: Details your purchase and requires your confirmation.
  3. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking: Provides tracking information.

Orders may be canceled due to incorrect personal or payment details, or delivery issues. In such cases, you'll be notified, and a refund will be processed if payment was made.

ALANINA is the full owner/licensee of all intellectual property rights in connection with this website and all materials published therein. This includes all images, illustrations, graphics, designs, layout, photographs, audio, videos, logos, artwork, data, computer code, written and other text or script, and other materials contained or displayed on our website (“Content”).

All content and works published by ALANINA are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled and/or licensed by ALANINA. Your use of the ALANINA website does not grant you ownership of any content. Title and ownership rights will remain the sole property of ALANINA and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

All content, in any form, is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may only download or copy published content and other materials displayed on the website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using the site as a shopping resource.

Unless stated otherwise, you may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, publish, display, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, without prior written notice.

IV. Products Ordered Online

ALANINA observes the concept of “Bespoke Jewelry” where each jewelry piece is a tailored, limited edition piece, and each item displayed online only has 1 item available in stock. Once the piece has been sold, the item will then be marked as “Out of Stock”.

 If the item is marked as “Available”, it is available for purchase online and can be shipped to you within 15 working days. All other products marked as “Sold” or “Out of Stock” will not be reproduced by the designer.

V. Bespoke Line

For bespoke services, Contact Us to schedule an appointment with Nina. Provide detailed information about your desired piece. ALANINA reserves the right to accept or decline the provision of these services, with notification sent via email.

VI. Prices

Prices are quoted in USD. ALANINA will bear the shipping cost, while local duties and taxes are to be borne by the client. ALANINA may amend prices at any time, but changes do not affect already ordered items.

VII. Payments

  1. Payments must be completed before orders are dispatched. We accept credit/debit cards and direct links.
  2. Ensure all payment details are correct when using a credit/debit card. You may choose to store your card information for future purchases under our Privacy Policy.
  3. If we cannot process your payment, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified via email.
  4. Wire transfers are accepted. Contact us for guidance. Clients are responsible for any bank charges, and the amount received must match the agreed price.
  5. If your ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and request that our third-party provider release the payment back to you.
  6. For bespoke services, a 50% deposit is required after design confirmation, with the remaining 50% charged before delivery.

VIII. Delivery

Shipping fees are included in the price, while local duties and taxes are to be borne by the client.  After payment, you will receive an email confirmation, and your product will be dispatched within 15 days. For delays, you will be notified via email.

In unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule delivery to ensure safe arrival. For bespoke products, dispatch occurs within 15 working days after final payment.

You will receive a tracking number in the "Delivery Confirmation and Tracking" email. Deliveries will be made to the order placer. If unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery the next day. Contact us to reschedule if needed.

Please keep in mind that the responsibility of the product is transferred to you upon receiving the item.
